Terms & Conditions.

Pure Creativity Coaching’s policy requires payments to be made on the 1st of each month.  A monthly invoice is sent 7 days beforehand.  For Coaching programs, each payment is due to be paid on, or before the 1st of each month.  On rare occasions, it may be possible to delay payment, however, only if this has been agreed upon, in advance.

REFUNDS

No refunds are provided, unless extenuating circumstances occur.  Please contact our team via email on connect@purecreativitycoaching.com, if you have any questions.

CANCELLATIONS

When cancelling a session, 24 hours notice is required.  When cancelling within the 24 hour notice period, the session is forfeited.  Your next session will be at the usual time the following week, or fortnight, as agreed.

RESCHEDULING SESSIONS

It is fine to postpone a session for one week or reschedule for the day before, or the day after. Particularly, if there is a good reason or due to unforeseen circumstances.  However, missing two sessions in a row is not ok, as you begin to lose the momentum we have created already with reaching your goals.

LATE TO A SESSION

If you are late to a booked session, we will still finish on time.

NOT BEING THERE TO RECEIVE A CALL

If you miss a call then, the session is lost.  Your next session will be at the usual time the following week or fortnight.

FINALISING COACHING

Many of my clients know the longer they spend working with me, the greater their life changes. For clients who have extended their coaching beyond the initial program or package they started with, it is requested the client provides one month’s notice when choosing to finalise the coaching arrangement, thereafter. 

REFERRALS

TWO Complimentary sessions of either, Mindset Coaching or Transpersonal Art Psychotherapy will be gifted to you for FIVE referrals of people who take up VIP Coaching.
